  •      What is your return policy?

Divination Supplies will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. You can notify us by emailing service@divinationsupplies.com or contacting us by phone at 1-866-541-6910. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars.  For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee may be applied.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

Divination Supplies will upon your request replace any

merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as

aresult of a picking error.  No material will be accepted or

replacements issued without prior approval to return such

merchandise.

  •     Where is my package?

When you placed your order with Divination Supplies, you should have received an email from service@divinationsupplies.com that included your Tracking number. If you did not receive this email confirmation please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
